Please note that as of March 6, 2023 all orders will have a $5 fulfillment fee added in the checkout cart. This is not a shipping fee.  Please understand that with the cost of labor rising, our warehouse has imposed a fulfillment charge to process, pick, and pack our orders.  We did exhaustive research across the market and many brands charge a re-stocking fee, or do not pay return freight, or add other charges.  Rather than raising our prices, this seemed like the most fair way to cover this expense. We appreciate your understanding.
 
Delivery Options
All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed on Monday.
All orders ship from New York, most orders ship within 24 hours. Delivery Service: 2-10 Business days depending on where you live - for expedited shipping options and costs, please contact our customer service department at 1-855-879-3278 EXT 1.

All orders come with real time FedEx tracking. A tracking number will be provided to you via email as soon as your order has shipped. You can also track the progress of you shipment at any time from the Shop application on your mobile device or by entering your mobile number to receive SMS updates.  For online orders, just click on the link in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico

Orders delivered to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are billed at a flat rate of $30. Shipping cost doesn’t include duty or taxes, this additional amount is payable upon receipt of the package. Ecru does not deliver internationally to countries outside of Canada at this time.
