We were inspired to create the perfect everyday, non-denim casual bottoms and once we developed the Montauk Stretch Tencel/Cotton fabric, we knew we were onto something. Every style has a different end use and feature fun and surprising details both inside and out.

Fulfillment

Please note that as of March 6, 2023 all orders will have a $5 fulfillment fee added in the checkout cart. This is not a shipping fee. Please understand that with the cost of labor rising, our warehouse has imposed a fulfillment charge to process, pick, and pack our orders. We did exhaustive research across the market and many brands charge a re-stocking fee, or do not pay return freight, or add other charges. Rather than raising our prices, this seemed like the most fair way to cover this expense. We appreciate your understanding.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Shipping to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico

Orders delivered to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are billed at a flat rate of $30. Shipping cost doesn’t include duty or taxes, this additional amount is payable upon receipt of the package. Ecru does not deliver internationally to countries outside of Canada at this time.

Love this fuzzy sweater

I absolutely love this sweater and would buy more colors if available. A deep wine, red, royal or even tan. I was hesitant to order judging by the fit on the model, I thought it was going to be too short and tight but I stuck to my normal size and it is perfect. It is cozy but it breathes so not too hot.
