Please understand that with the cost of labor rising, our warehouse has imposed a fulfillment charge to process, pick, and pack our orders. We did exhaustive research across the market and many brands charge a re-stocking fee, or do not pay return freight, or add other charges. Rather than raising our prices, this seemed like the most fair way to cover this expense. We appreciate your understanding.

Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Shipping to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico
Orders delivered to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are billed at a flat rate of $30. Shipping cost doesn’t include duty or taxes, this additional amount is payable upon receipt of the package. Ecru does not deliver internationally to countries outside of Canada at this time.
