Fulfillment

Please note that as of March 6, 2023 all orders will have a $5 fulfillment fee added in the checkout cart. This is not a shipping fee. Please understand that with the cost of labor rising, our warehouse has imposed a fulfillment charge to process, pick, and pack our orders. We did exhaustive research across the market and many brands charge a re-stocking fee, or do not pay return freight, or add other charges. Rather than raising our prices, this seemed like the most fair way to cover this expense. We appreciate your understanding.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Shipping to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico

Orders delivered to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are billed at a flat rate of $30. Shipping cost doesn’t include duty or taxes, this additional amount is payable upon receipt of the package. Ecru does not deliver internationally to countries outside of Canada at this time.

Our factory purchased specialized knitting machines from Italy that a famous design house uses. The fine detailing and raised textured stitch is only possible with these machines. Our designers have a field day with this type of technology.

Would have liked a small zip to get it on. Its a little struggle to get on and make up can get on the neck area. Also for a shorter person no room to shorten but otherwise a lovely dress and will wear with all the ablve

Comfortable and Versatile

Very comfortable dress that can be dressed up or down and has an edge of sexiness. Looks great with espadrilles or slides, and a wrap or a jean jacket. I wish the lining was a bit more opaque; I did wear a slip underneath. Still a 5-star dress in my opinion!

Love it! This does run small

Because S was sold out, I gave XS a try - and it was way too small. But, I can tell that S would have been to small across the shoulders as well. So I had to return it, but was able to find a M still in stock from an affiliate vendor and bought it and I absolutely love it. Worth it. Love this purchase.
