Befitting its role as a versatile and clean classic pant for work or play, the Stills has a secure fit at the waist and hips, a universally flattering rise, and a gently flared cropped leg opening.

Fabric: Our Montauk Stretch is a Tencel/Cotton/Spandex blend that we garment dye and wash for a "worn in" look and feel. The perfect casual fabric, these items will get softer and more comfortable with every wash and wear.

Care: Wash before wearing; Machine wash cold; Wash separately; Only non-chlorine bleach when needed; Tumble dry low; Warm iron if needed

We were inspired to create the perfect everyday, non-denim casual bottoms and once we developed the Montauk Stretch Tencel/Cotton fabric, we knew we were onto something. Every style has a different end use and feature fun and surprising details both inside and out.

Fulfillment
Please note that as of March 6, 2023 all orders will have a $5 fulfillment fee added in the checkout cart. This is not a shipping fee.  Please understand that with the cost of labor rising, our warehouse has imposed a fulfillment charge to process, pick, and pack our orders.  We did exhaustive research across the market and many brands charge a re-stocking fee, or do not pay return freight, or add other charges.  Rather than raising our prices, this seemed like the most fair way to cover this expense. We appreciate your understanding.
 
Delivery Options
All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed on Monday.
All orders ship from New York, most orders ship within 24 hours. Delivery Service: 2-10 Business days depending on where you live - for expedited shipping options and costs, please contact our customer service department at 1-855-879-3278 EXT 1.

 

Order Tracking

All orders come with real time FedEx tracking. A tracking number will be provided to you via email as soon as your order has shipped. You can also track the progress of you shipment at any time from the Shop application on your mobile device or by entering your mobile number to receive SMS updates.  For online orders, just click on the link in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico

Orders delivered to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are billed at a flat rate of $30. Shipping cost doesn’t include duty or taxes, this additional amount is payable upon receipt of the package. Ecru does not deliver internationally to countries outside of Canada at this time.

How To Redeem Your Rewards

  • Add items to your cart
  • Click on the Shopping Cart Icon in the top right corner of your screen
  • Click on the Check Out  Box  (If you use Shop Pay, Amazon Pay or Pay Pal, you will not be able to apply your rewards.  In this case, you will need to call our customer service line to apply rewards and discount after the order is completed)
  • Once you get to the check out box, please add your shipping information.
  • Look for the REWARDS box, and click inside the box to choose the amount you wish to use, and hit APPLY.
  • Complete purchase with payment information
