Ecru has redesigned its exchanges & returns process to make it simpler for you.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange process

Click on the Exchange below and enter your order number from the invoice that was included in your shipment or the order confirmation email that you received after your purchase. If you do not have this document please contact us via e-mail and we will provide it for you.

Follow the steps to process your exchange.

Once you enter this information you will be given a return label that you can print from your computer.

Once you have printed your return label:

  1. Remove any existing labels, stickers or other materials from the outside of the box.
  2. Affix the prepaid return label and drop off at any USPS facility.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or style then the style you purchased, please contact our customer service team via phone or email at 855-879-ECRU (3278) ext. 1 or product-inquiry@ecrustyle.com for assistance.

Reimbursement

If you would like to return your items for a store credit, you can receive an additional 10% to be used on a future purchase.

Start a return or exchange

If your order was placed over 21 days you will not be able to process a return, please email our customer service team for assistance. Late returns may be approved at the discretion of ecru.

We want every purchase to be an essential item in your wardrobe for years to come but ecru gladly accepts returns and exchanges!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please see instructions ABOVE on how to make a return or exchange. Ecru merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed.

Defective, unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise may be returned within 21 days after shipment for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be sent back new and unused with all original garment tags attached.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased on the Ecru website.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment form within 7 business days from receipt of the returned items. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Merchandise approved to be returned past the 21 day window will be issued the lowest sale price. Late returns may be approved at the discretion of ecru.
