Returns & Exchanges
ecru has redesigned its returns process to make it simpler for you.
A prepaid return label and return authorization is now left inside of each ecru order. Simply affix the label as instructed and drop off at any UPS facility. See below for full details.
Note: Exchanges still require emailing or calling ecru Customer Service before sending.
Hassle Free Returns
We want every purchase to be an essential item in your wardrobe for years to come but ecru gladly accepts returns and exchanges!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please see instructions below on how to make a return or exchange. ecru merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed.
Defective, unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be sent back new and unused with all original garment tags attached.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased on the ecru website.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment form within 7 business days from receipt of the returned items. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In order to ensure an expedited and convenient return process ecru is pleased to offer returns via UPS.
To make a return:
- Remove any existing labels, stickers or other materials from the outside of the box.
- Affix the prepaid return label and drop off at any UPS facility.
