We did exhaustive research across the market and many brands charge a re-stocking fee, or do not pay return freight, or add other charges. Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Shipping to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico

Orders delivered to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are billed at a flat rate of $30. Shipping cost doesn’t include duty or taxes, this additional amount is payable upon receipt of the package. Ecru does not deliver internationally to countries outside of Canada at this time.

Because S was sold out, I gave XS a try - and it was way too small. But, I can tell that S would have been to small across the shoulders as well. So I had to return it, but was able to find a M still in stock from an affiliate vendor and bought it and I absolutely love it. Worth it. Love this purchase.
