Please note that as of March 6, 2023 all orders will have a $5 fulfillment fee added in the checkout cart. This is not a shipping fee. Please understand that with the cost of labor rising, our warehouse has imposed a fulfillment charge to process, pick, and pack our orders. We did exhaustive research across the market and many brands charge a re-stocking fee, or do not pay return freight, or add other charges. Shipping to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico

Orders delivered to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are billed at a flat rate of $30. Shipping cost doesn’t include duty or taxes, this additional amount is payable upon receipt of the package. Ecru does not deliver internationally to countries outside of Canada at this time.
